Every space is styled and shoot-ready, so you arrive and start working: six photography and content sets, an intimate event hall, a garden gazebo, and an acoustically treated podcast room. Rates start at ₦50,000 per hour and are published on every space below. No quote request needed to find out what it costs.
Every rate on this page is an hourly studio rental price, published up front. Studio spaces open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with backup power for full-day shoots and on-site parking for arriving crews.
Six designed sets for fashion lookbooks, editorial shoots, brand campaigns, product and e-commerce photography, portraits and corporate headshots. Each room is a distinct, fully styled environment: a Parisian lounge, a photogenic kitchen, an arched European hallway, a grand piano ballroom, a minimalist nude-toned room and a marble bathroom with jacuzzi. So a single booking can produce a multi-look shoot, or several episodes of a YouTube series, without changing location.
Lighting is available on site. Cameras, lenses and audio equipment are not provided, so bring your own kit and crew.

Yes. Every space is available as-is for your own crew, and most clients bring their own team. Lighting is available on site. Cameras, lenses and audio equipment are not provided, so bring your own. Props and set decoration are unnecessary, as every room is pre-styled.
Yes to both. Our Lekki facility runs on backup power throughout your session, so a grid interruption does not cost you booked hours. On-site parking is available for arriving crews and guests, and we confirm vehicle allocation with you at the point of booking.
Guest numbers are confirmed per event rather than published as a fixed figure, because the layout of each space adapts to the format: a seated dinner and a standing brand activation fit very different numbers in the same room. The Podloft seats two, either two hosts or a host and a guest. Tell us your format and expected numbers when you enquire and we will recommend the right room.
Yes. Lauren Fair and Miguel & Moss Garden are designed for private celebrations: bridal showers, milestone birthdays, private dinners and launches. Dates are confirmed on a first-come basis, and weekend and late-afternoon slots are the most requested, so reserve as early as your schedule allows.
